Derek Zarbrook has nine years of software development experience related to the Internet industry. Derek's client list includes such leading names as Network Commerce, 3M, and Verisign. He has experience in data modeling, e-commerce systems analysis and design, on line database design, on-line transaction and tracking systems design. Derek's background is in Computer Engineering and he holds a degree in Information System Programming from IBS.

Steve's background is as a lawyer in securities, international law and partnerships, particularly in the business, culture and practices of China where he has been active since the early 80’s. He is a principal of Xplorex International Corp. Over the last several years, Steve has been very involved in guiding Xplorex, during which time Xplorex has significantly expanded its offerings and distribution in Canada and elsewhere including the US, Mexico and Europe. Steve has a law degree from the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. in biochemistry from the University of Manitoba.

Alexey Mykhaylov brings more than 10 years of experience in software industry to Xplorex. He has worked for several companies in North America and Europe focusing on design and implementation of web applications and enterprise systems. Alexey has a Master’s degree in software development and Bachelor’s degree in IT management.

Krista Lapp has been with Xplorex Systems for six years and is an integral part of the communication and management team. As Xplorex’s Communications Manager, Krista creates and implements communication strategies, from pilot to rollout, that effectively describe and promote Xplorex to its clients, distributors and investors. Her experience in sales and customer services makes her a valuable leader of Xplorex’s call centre and a leading force in creating Xplorex’s state of the art CRM.

Alla is an IT professional specializing in project management and website development. Alla has worked with various clients in both the private and public sectors such as the eBusiness Canada Service Center, ICBC, and Langara College. As part of the Xplorex team, Alla provides project leadership and direction to the Xplorex Team, creating and implementing design procedures that increase efficiency and assure customer satisfaction. She acts as a liaison between clients and the team to resolve clients’ problems and implement short and long term solutions.

Don Fitzsimmons joined Xplorex three years ago as the leading point of contact for new clients. Don brought a wealth of experience both in account management and product promotion. Backgrounds include Real Estate development and Sales, Video Conferencing applications, and Internet Integration strategies. Whether it’s an initial inquiry about the Xplorex system or a detailed project update, this is the place to start.

Andrew is Xplorex's interactive application developer, specializing in Flash development (see title). Andrew's mad flashing skills have taken him across the world, having previous worked for companies such as TransACT Communications, Australia's only 4-tier telecommunications provider, and more recently CGA Canada. While Andrew's geeky abilities - such as installing Linux on his iPod, Xbox, and soon his grandmother - are quite impressive, his flashing skills really turn up the heat, providing a rich, interactive experience that leaves his clients awestruck.

Adrià is the Director of Xplorex Comunicaciones SL, Barcelona, Spain. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, specialized in Marketing from the Instituto Químico de Sarrià in Barcelona. He has worked in the Marketing department for Xplorex International Inc in Vancouver where he realized an existing business opportunity to run a Partnership company with Xplorex International. His entrepreneur skills, illusion and motivation decided him to start a joint venture with Xplorex in Spain.

Hudson is our Chief Wiener Dog of Security. Not only is his background decorated, his foreground is too, and he often spotted patrolling the office sporting his fancy harness, and smelling like flowers. Hudson has extensive experience dispersing his toys around the office, flipping his ears inside out, and barking during calls with our valued clients. To top it all off, he manages to make us laugh and boost morale. His background in diversified financial securities also plays a key role in deciding which direction our company will take for the known future too. Keep up the good work Hudson!
